DETOX BATH

The skin is the largest organ in the human body and it plays a pivotal role in detoxing our bodies from all the junk that we knowingly and unknowingly put in to it on a daily basis.

It is very hard to navigate around this modern world without coming into contact with pollutants that can do harm to our well being. From chemtrails and motorcar fumes to pesticides in the food we eat and household cleaning products.

I have talked to several people who claim to be very aware of pesticides in their food and household products like bleach and other cleaners, so they take the necessary steps to avoid these products. However, the very same people may be unaware of other things like make up and lipstick also effecting their bodies with harmful chemicals. One girl I know would go to the health shop and buy organic and toxic free make-up remover, but as she was removing the make-up she used a toxic brand of cotton wool that would then obviously cause damage to her skin.

I have also heard of people eating a diet based on organic fruit and veg, but then they would take a bath with a cheap soapy toxic bath soap. People should be aware that the skin is very important when it comes to detoxing our bodies. Everything that we put on our skin can enter our blood stream in a matter of minutes.

Taking a detoxing bath can set you on your path to having a healthy body and healthy chemical free skin. If you are changing from a soapy chemical routine you will notice the difference straight away as any skin problems you may have had will clear up leaving your skin looking clean and your body feeling healthier.
